Our Story
Our Story

The Rewardsco Group was founded in July 1996, initially focusing on providing outsourced rewards programmes to the South African market.

In 2008 we expanded into the wider BPO industry, primarily in the domestic telecommunications sector. This established our foundation for exponential growth in both domestic and international markets.
We made a strategic investment in Khula Capital in 2020, a private equity fund dedicated to empowering previously disadvantaged South African business owners. This partnership continues our significant investment in human and financial capital, paving the way for our success.

Our Strategic Focus

Rewardsco Investments enhances stakeholder value through our three strategic pillars:

Agility

Our highly flexible and scalable business model enables us to rapidly implement strategy, embrace new opportunities and deal with adversity.

Scope

We can continue growing strongly by leveraging our experience and infrastructure to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.

Certainty

Through mitigating risk and enhancing performance predictability, we build confidence in our ability to continuously meet performance targets.

From Strategy

to Action

These key initiatives drive our continuous success and ensure we remain at the forefront of the BPO industry.

Key Partnerships
Forming alliances with businesses to enhance our service offerings, expand our market reach and create mutual value.
Joint Ventures

Organic Growth
Expanding our business naturally through increased sales, market expansion and product development, maintaining control over our growth trajectory.
